NEON One
We believe that NEON is the best CRM for many medium size organizations. It is an excellent replacement for Blackbaud, is easier than Sales Force and continues to build excellent new integrations.

We like Salesforce for larger organizations. We have implemented four other CRMs. Each has their own strengths and weaknesses.
The current winner for innovation is BREEZE, a very inexpensive church management system that often works for small nonprofits and one-person consultancies.
